NO ESCAPE

Our dying,

like a Black Hole

somewhere in spacetime,

has an event horizon,

no escape

from our death.

But,

unlike stars the Black Hole attracted,

information not ejected,

our memories,

bits and pieces resurrected,

are evidence that we were here,

if only for moments 

in spacetime.

Without a record stored,

a constant reminder,

there is no proof...

that we existed.
